David Pierce

David Pierce is the newest reporter at Fox Illinois in Champaign.

He is a passionate storyteller eager to educate and enlighten central Illinois. He’s won several awards in the past. One of which is the Michelle Clark Fellowship through the Radio Television Digital News Association (RTDNA).

David is big on living out his dreams and he encourages others to do the same. One of his favorite quotes is, “It’s better to try and fail than to not try at all”.

He also loves his family dearly. He is the youngest of five boys and has a twin sister.

When David is not at work, he enjoys shopping, going out to dance, and doing community service with his brothers of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.
