Three suspects face drug charges in Jacksonville
All three suspects were charged Friday morning after making a federal court appearance.
The charges include conspiracy to distribute 50 grams or more of meth and possession with intent to distribute 50 grams or more of meth.
In addition, Nathaniel Stone was charged with being a felon in possession of a firearm and possession of a firearm during and in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime.
Jeremie Stone waived detention and preliminary hearing and was ordered to remain in custody.
Detention and preliminary hearings are scheduled for Nathaniel Stone on June 27. Amber Davis was released on her own recognizance.
Three Jacksonville residents could face drug charges Thursday night.
Nathaniel Stone, Jeremie Stone and Amber Davis were taken into custody after an investigation into the suspected distribution of meth in Jacksonville.
Along with the arrests, police recovered three handguns, one of which was stolen, more than two pounds of crystal meth and U.S. currency.
Official charges against the suspects are pending.
