The search continues for Denita Hedden in Macoupin County
The search is on once again in Macoupin County to find any trace of Denita Hedden.
“Nobody would ever want to go through this,” Denita Hedden’s Brother Raymond Dyer said, “but this is awesome. Everybody’s getting together and hopefully, they’ll find something today.”
Hedden has been missing for two and a half months.
“She loved life,” Hedden Family Spokesperson Amanda Featherstone said, “she loved her friends and most of all she loved her family. The four children that she has are the most important things in her life.”
And her daughter Lexi, remembers her mother’s love.
“She was a great mother,” Denita’s Daughter Plunkett said, “she was always happy and dancing. Family was her first priority.”
Some know memories are all they have left.
“Nothing will ever replace what we’ve lost with her,” Featherstone said.
Since Denita has gone missing.
Her family says questions have been left unanswered.
“Our goal is to bring her home today,” Second Cousin of Denita Deb Huson said.
But they hope Saturday will bring some closure.
“I just pray that she is found,” Huson said.
And bring Denita home to her family.
