Rep. Davis trusts president's approach on North Korea
President Trump has said he wants the U.S. nuclear arsenal in tip-top shape but denied reports he wants it increased.
In this week’s Connect to Congress, we asked Illinois Congressman Rodney Davis if he supports President Trump's approach with North Korea.
"I trust that this administration has a lot more information than we do in Congress on what they feel is going to work when you look at North Korea, we've seen some successes," said Rep. Rodney Davis, R-Taylorville. "Who would have thought that the UN Security Council would unanimously decide to sanction anyone trading with North Korea, China their biggest trading partner, is pulling back and that's going to have a big effect and that's a true testament to what this administration has done successfully with North Korea."
