Pay raises for University of Illinois staff

Pay raised for staff

Employees in the University of Illinois system will be getting raises in August.

The announcement comes after a new state budget was approved for the next fiscal year.

President, Timothy Killeen, had put raises on hold for two years due to the state budget impasse.

Non-union workers, at all three campuses, will get an average raise of two percent.
