Man accused of murdering pregnant wife deemed unfit to stand trial
New development on the Waverly man accused of murdering his pregnant wife back in September.
A hearing was held in Morgan County Tuesday, where a judge found that 33-year-old Nathan Henson is still unfit to stand trial, but he is likely to obtain fitness within one year.
Henson is accused of stabbing his pregnant wife 29-year-old Jessie Henson and beating her with a bat at their Waverly home.
He is also accused of intentional homicide of an unborn child.
His next court appearance will be March 6, when his fitness to stand trial will once again be reviewed.
