Chicago PD moves to fire officer after 2015 shooting
Chicago Police Superintendent Eddie Johnson is recommending an officer who killed two people to be fired.
Officer Robert Rialmo shot a teenager and his 55-year-old neighbor in 2015 while responding to a disturbance call.
In his recommendation to Chicago's Police Board, Johnson said there were "multiple rule violations."
The officer said the teen, Quintonio Legrier, was acting aggressively leading up to the shooting while the other victim, Bettie Jones, was shot accidentally.
