Car goes up in flames on I-74

CHAMPAIGN, Ill. (WICS/WCCU) — A car fire caused traffic delays on I-74, west of Champaign Friday morning.

The Cornbelt Fire Department says the car was fully engulfed in flames when they arrived.

The car fire caused traffic delays in the area for at least an hour.

As of 1 p.m., traffic is moving again.
