Sneaky sugar in fruit juice
Fresh fruit is an important part of your diet, but fruit juice may not be the best idea.
Many juices contain more sugar and calories than you think.
For example, an eight-ounce cup of orange juice has 21 grams of sugar and 112 calories, but an actual orange has just 12 grams of sugar and 62 calories.
Health experts recommend looking for 100 percent fruit juice with no sugar added and only have about one glass a day.
