Snacks offer a great way to sneak in some extra fruit, vegetables, dairy or even fiber.
Dairy Council's Quick and Easy Snacks handout provides recipes and photos of snacks using milk, cheese, and yogurt. Recipes have about 2-3 ingredients keeping it simple in our hectic lifestyles.

Coco-nana Shake (Blend a cup of low-fat chocolate milk, a banana and ice cubes).
Cheesy Snack Mix (mix ½ cup of grated Cheddar Cheese with popcorn and pretzels).
