Almond Coconut Overnight Oats
Hope Danielson from County Market joins us in the kitchen to share her recipe for almond coconut overnight oats.
½ cup gluten free whole rolled oats
¾ unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 Tbsp maple syrup
½ Tbsp ground flaxseed
2 Tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
1 Tbsp Slivered Almonds
½ Tbsp mini chocolate chips
1. Combine all ingredients in a glass jar.
2. Stir until well combined.
3. Refrigerate overnight, and enjoy cold
