Researchers in Canada found that the combination of tryptophan, tyrosine and blueberry juice can fight off the feelings of depression that normally peak five days after delivery.
When exposed to images designed to induce feelings of depression, the women who took the supplements after giving birth, were significantly less vulnerable to sadness compared to those who did not.
