Three Chicago-area companies face hefty fines
Chicago, Ill. (WICS) —
A federal agency is accusing three Chicago-area companies of not properly protecting workers.
OSHA said in a statement they inspected the renovation site of Chicago's old post office in August after reports of lead and cadmium exposure.
The companies face more than $200,000 in fines and have 15 days to either pay the fines or contest the findings.
