Early morning shooting injures one in Springfield
SPRINGFIELD, Ill. (WICS) —
Springfield Police are investigating an early morning shooting.
According to officials, a male victim walked into HSHS St. Johns Hospital around 5 am with a gunshot wound to the chest.
The victim has non life-threatening injuries.
Police don't have an exact location however they found bullet holes in a house and car around Poplar Avenue.
So far, no suspects have been arrested.
