Decatur woman accused of killing kittens pleads not guilty
DECATUR, Ill. (WICS) —
The woman accused of killing four kittens in Macon County pleaded not guilty Tuesday.
Elaina Chamblin, 25, was formally charged with aggravated cruelty to animals.
She waived her right to a preliminary hearing and has been released on bond.
Police accuse Chamblin of killing the kittens between May and October of 2017.
