Teen smoking and drinking has fallen to an all time low.

New data from the substance abuse and mental health services administration shows only 9.6 percent of adolescents ages 12 to 17 reported alcohol use in 2015, that's down from 17.6 percent in 2002.

The agency says public health efforts to cut drinking and smoking among teens is paying off.
