If you're a java junkie, your daily fix may be a problem.
Researchers say healthy adults can consume up to 400 milligrams of caffeine a day; that's equal to about four cups of coffee.
Here's what you can do to cut back:
Avoid hidden caffeine in soda, energy bars, pain medicine and even chocolate.
If you're feeling tired, get up and start moving.
