Frozen Mango Lime Sorbet
SPRINGFIELD, Ill. (WICS) —
Registered dietician Melanie Kluzek from County Market joins us in the kitchen to share her frozen mango lime sorbet recipe.

Number of Servings: 4
3 cups frozen mango chunks, slightly thawed
Â½ cup canned coconut milk
Â½ teaspoon lime zest
1 tablespoon lime juice
2 tablespoons honey
1. Place all ingredients in a food processor or a high-powered blender.
2. Process or blend until you have a smooth and creamy texture and there are no longer any chunks. Avoid blending for too long or it will melt.
3. Serve immediately or freeze for 10-15 minutes to thicken it to your preference.
