Peppermint Smoothies

Hope Danielson from County Market joins us in the kitchen to demonstrate how to make a peppermint smoothie.


Ingredients:

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

1 tablespoon ground flaxseed

1 medium banana (sliced and frozen)

½ cup fresh baby spinach

¼ tsp. peppermint extract

1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

Ice

Chocolate chips for garnishing


Directions:

1. Blend together all ingredients except for chocolate chips until smooth.

2. Garnish with chocolate chips
